Refund Policy

Readings are delivered instantly, so we can't take them back. But we refund whenever something went wrong.

We refund in full if

• you paid but never received your reading (for example, an error or the page closed);
• you were charged twice for the same reading;
• the reading was clearly broken (empty, garbled, or about the wrong number of hands).

We don't refund because

• you disagree with or dislike what the reading says (it is entertainment);
• you changed your mind after the reading was delivered.

How to ask

Email support@bouga.jp within 14 days of payment with the email you used at checkout. We reply within 3 business days, and refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
