These terms apply when you use Palm Kanji (https://palmkanji.com), run by 株式会社忘我. By using the site you agree to them.
For entertainment
Readings are based on Japanese palmistry tradition and written by AI from your photo. They are entertainment, not facts or predictions. Never use them for decisions about health, money, law, relationships or safety.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older, and only upload photos of your own hand or of someone who agreed to it.
What you can buy
- Full reading (both hands): $4.99
- Compatibility reading (two people): $2.99
Prices are in US dollars and include any tax. One payment buys one reading. If the AI asks for a clearer photo, you can retake it without paying again. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Delivery and cancellation
A reading is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By paying, you ask us to deliver it right away and accept that you lose any right to cancel once it is delivered. See the refund policy for when we refund.
Your photos and your reading
You keep the rights to your photos. We use them only to make your reading, as described in the privacy policy. You may share your reading and share card freely.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or upload anything illegal or that isn't a hand.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without removing consumer protections of your home country.
